2. Nature of service
We provide digital court-case information discovery and optional tracking/notification features using supported public or authorised data sources. We are not a court, government department or law firm.
3. Accuracy and availability
Court information may be delayed, incomplete, temporarily unavailable or changed by the originating source. Official court records remain authoritative.
4. User responsibilities
Users must provide valid case identifiers, use the service lawfully and avoid abuse, excessive automated querying, unauthorised access or attempts to bypass security controls.
5. Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials. We may suspend access where fraud, misuse or security risks are detected.
6. Paid services
Pricing, validity and included features are shown before purchase. Payment does not guarantee any court outcome, listing date, order or judgment.
7. Payments
Payments may be processed through Razorpay or another authorised payment gateway. A payment is complete only after gateway confirmation.

9. Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by court-source outages, delayed updates, user input errors or reliance on information that should have been verified with the official court.
