Court Case Status sells a digital service. We do not sell or ship physical goods.
Digital delivery
After successful payment confirmation, eligible paid features are activated electronically for the user's account or selected case. Confirmation may be shown on-screen and/or sent by email or SMS where supported.
Expected activation
Digital activation is normally expected shortly after successful payment confirmation. If payment succeeds but access is not activated, contact support so we can verify the transaction.
No physical shipment
Courier charges, shipping addresses and physical delivery timelines do not apply. Order copies displayed through the service are digital where available.
